Summary: Assist Comptroller in the daily department processes for the Holding Company and subsidiaries including fixed assets, account reconciliations, income review, payroll, and accounts payable documentation.

Responsibilities: Maintain records, and monthly preparation of financials, Call Report and various other regulatory reporting. Train and serve as backup to reconcilement process with correspondent banks and daily income statement review. Reconciliation of teller cash, FDIC, ALLL and insurance accounts.

Requirements: Possess good organizational skills, be multi-task oriented and have the ability to work in a deadline driven environment; confidentiality is a must. Comprehensive knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting. Three years of experience in accounting or payroll.
