{"id":620,"date":"2020-09-28T16:10:29","date_gmt":"2020-09-28T16:10:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.firstamericanbanknm.com\/wph\/staging\/?page_id=620"},"modified":"2024-12-20T15:46:16","modified_gmt":"2024-12-20T15:46:16","slug":"berliner-foundation-scholarship","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.firstamericanbanknm.com\/wph\/staging\/trust-wealth\/scholarship-programs\/berliner-foundation-scholarship\/","title":{"rendered":"Berliner Foundation Scholarship"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Berliner Foundation Scholarship<\/h2> <h4>In order to be considered for the Berliner Foundation Scholarship, the applicant must:<\/h4> <ul> <li>Be a resident of southeastern New Mexico for at least one year prior to application.<\/li> <li>Have been accepted for enrollment in an institution of higher learning.<\/li> <li>If applicant is a high school senior, must have a solid grade point average of 3.5 on a scale of 4.0 and scores on the SAT or ACT of 1050 and 25, respectively.<\/li> <li>If applicant is a current college student, must have a semester grade point average of 2.75 on a scale of 4.0 and must be enrolling as a full-time student for the upcoming semester.<\/li> <li>A returning adult&#8217;s academic record must be consistent with above stated requirements.<\/li> <li>In order to maintain eligibility for a multiple-semester award, the applicant must maintain a semester grade point average of 2.75 on a scale of 4.0 and must maintain status as a full-time student.<\/li> <li>The grantee will be allowed one-semester probation, defined as: a semester grade point average below 2.75 but above 2.0; and\/or failure to qualify for full-time student status.
