SBA 7(a) Loan
The primary purpose of the 7(a) loan program is to help start-up and existing small businesses.
Combined needs for:
- Commercial real estate (owner occupied)
- Machinery and equipment
- Business acquisition/expansion
- Purchase of land and building including construction and renovations
- Working capital
- Refinancing of existing debt, for compelling reasons

| Maximum term: | Working capital – not to exceed 10 years Equipment, furniture and fixtures – not to exceed 10 years Real estate – 25 years |
SBA 504 Loan (Real Estate and Equipment)
This loan is a long-term financing instrument for economic development. A 504 loan offers growing businesses long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets such as land, buildings and equipment.
Long-term needs for:
- Land and buildings
- Machinery and/or equipment

| Maximum term: | Machinery and/or equipment – 10 years Land and buildings – 25 years |
SBA Express Loan
The purpose of the SBA Express program is to help start-up and existing small businesses.
Short or long-term needs for:
- Commercial real estate (owner occupied)
- Machinery and equipment
- Business acquisition/expansion
- Purchase of land and building including construction and renovations
- Working capital

| Maximum term: | Revolving line of credit – 5 years/term-out period – 5 years Working capital – not to exceed 10 years Equipment, furniture and fixtures – not to exceed 10 years Real estate – 25 years |
SBA Loan to Veterans processed under SBA Express
Small business must be owned and controlled (51%) by one or more or the following groups: veteran, active-duty military in TAP, reservist or National Guard member or a spouse of any of these groups, or a widowed spouse or a service member or veteran who died during service, or a service-connected disability.
