Customer Care Representative
Summary: Provide front-line assistance to bank customers over the phone by answering questions, troubleshooting, providing technical help and support while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: Must have a pleasant and helpful attitude while responding to customer inquiries about their account and our bank products and services. Strong communication skills and the ability to be understanding while dealing with customer problems and issues with their account. Part-time and full-time positions are available.
Requirements: Experience in office setting and bilingual skills preferred. Drive for customer satisfaction and embrace bank’s sales and cross-servicing culture by expert knowledge of our products and services. Have working knowledge in Microsoft Office software.
Locations: Roswell, NM
Must be able to pass a credit, background and reference check.
