Customer Service Representative
Summary: Serves a valuable role in our branches by providing a positive first impression to our customers through friendly and courteous service.
Responsibilities: Greets and builds relationships with customers as a personal banker. Opens and maintains new accounts, accepts note payments, process wire transfers, handles debit card issues and provide support and service to customers and employees. Also provide back up support to operations and other departments as needed.
Requirements: Must have an aptitude for financial services. Computer literate; use 10 key calculator and typewriter. Work independently and adhere to all internal controls, policies, and regulations. Adapt to multiple tasks. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
Experience: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Drive for customer satisfaction and embrace bank’s sales and cross-servicing culture by knowledge of our products and services.
Location: Hobbs, NM
Must be able to pass a credit, background and reference check.
